Are tickets refundable?
Ticket sales are 100% refundable only if you select the Purchase Protection option at checkout. A refund will only be granted
for a qualifying circumstance, with a full list of what is and what is not considered a qualifying circumstance listed here: https://www.purchaseprotection.com/terms/.. Purchase Protection cannot be added onto your order later, it must be purchased at the time of your original checkout. If you do not select Purchase Protection, all of your purchases are non-refundable.  Absolutely no refunds for missed ride times!


Do I get access to Staheli Family Farm Farmland and Corn Maize with my pass?
YES!  All Zombie Rampage passes include access to Farmland and Corn Maize!  Prepare for a fun night at the farm!


Can I change my tickets to a different day or time?
YES!  On your confirmation email, there is a link to set up an account that will allow you access to change your tickets as long as it is more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled ride time.

How soon do I need to arrive?
You must arrive at the parking lot area at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled ride time to check in at the Staheli Farms Ticket Booth and receive your wristbands. Upon arrival, enter through the main farm ticketing gate on the north side, and immediately hang a left and follow the green lights to the Fort Rampage ticketing area!

Do you offer a group discount?
YES!  Please email [email protected] for groups of 10 or more!

Do the zombies shoot back?
NO!!  The zombies do not shoot back, it's truly paintball without the pain (unless you're a zombie)!

Can I bring my own paintball gun?
NO!  The bus is equipped with 35 paintball guns that are securely mounted.  Your own personal gun is not allowed.


Do I need to print out my tickets or can I show them on my phone?
We do suggest you print out your tickets if possible.   If you do not have a printer, take a screen shot of each QR Square Barcode and save it to your photos. This will make it easier for you to locate your tickets, as cell service may be limited at the facility.

Can I buy tickets at the farm?
Yes, but purchasing tickets at the ticket booth is the most expensive option, and are limited in supply. The only way to guarantee your seat on the bus is to buy tickets online in advance. Cash, credit and debit card are accepted at the ticket booth day of event, unless sold out.

Are there any age restrictions?
Children ages 4 and younger are not permitted to ride on the bus.  Children ages 5-12 are permitted but must ride with a paying adult; both child and adult must purchase tickets!

Are there assigned seats on the bus?
NO, VIP Super Slayer pass buyers get priority bus loading so they can choose their seats and are guaranteed to sit with their party.  Zombie Slayer passes are first come first serve once onboard the bus.  Both sides of the bus will see the same scenes, and have the same number of zombies to shoot at!

What if it rains?
Rain will not force a postponement or cancellation of the event. In case of severe weather (such a tornado/hurricane warnings, extreme wind, heavy lightning activity or other Acts of God) we will notify ticket holders via e-mail of event schedule changes.

What is the VIP Super Slayer Experience?
Pay 1 price and get the entire VIP treatment! Each VIP pass includes your paintball gun, 300 rounds of paintball ammo, and priority bus loading so you are guaranteed to sit with your friends & family!

Can I buy more ammo?
YES!  Ammo is available to purchase at the ticket booth prior to boarding, as well as on board the bus.  Each additional 100 rounds is only $10, cash or card!

How long does the ride last?
The zombie rampage ride is approximately 16-18 minutes, most of which is spent firing at live zombies in the Hot Zone!

Am I allowed to smoke or vape?
No smoking or vaping is allowed onboard the bus, or in the Fort Rampage loading zone area. We do ask that if you need to smoke or vape, you do so outside the gates in the designated smoking areas.

Where do I park?
The parking lot is located at Staheli Family Farms.  Please park like a human, not a zombie!

Are food and drinks allowed on the bus?
Food is allowed in the Fort Rampage loading area, but not on board the bus.  Drinks with lids are allowed on the bus!

Any other information you can share?
Your ticket grants you admission onto the bus.  Seating is first come first serve. Ticket buyer must be aware and accepts all risks involved with moving up and down the loading stairs, including but not limited to, slips and falls between steps, wood splints from seats, etc. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless Purchase Protection is selected at the time of checkout and a qualifying circumstance occurs. Loud noise and flashing/strobing lights are utilized throughout the ride. Flying dirt, dust, or mud could become airborne during the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to be aware of surroundings at all times and ticket holder is aware of accepts these risks by entering the facility. This is a rain or shine event, in case of severe weather, a postponed event date may be used, and all ticket holders must attend the postponed event date, no refunds.
